Boosting security perception in freight industry

One of the most pressing issues faced by our active B2B users was the lack of security while hiring truck drivers through the platform, because we didn't participate in frieght negotiacions or trucker assignments, leaving a critical gap in trust and security.
We developed a feature that allowed our B2B clients to assign truckers to each of their freight ads and to evalluate their service level as a social proof to other clients hiring truckers on our platform.
Conducting inverviews to collect insight on both truckers and B2B clients, data collection and analysis, UI/UX Design, A/B testings. Further in the development phase I was assigned as Product Manager to ship the product and Lead the squad.
